Here is the story of our home, and The Benefits important to us. It started in 1992, the quest for the best site for our family’s home. We located the site in 1994, in the Malibu / Santa Monica mountains. Now the architectural team,

Hagy Belzberg and George Wittman, were chosen and the design commenced. The construction took four years with completion in 1998. Important Home Benefits included: Separation from congestion, Privacy and Space from neighbors, Views, A Natural Landscape and surroundings, The site needed to have enough room to site an Exceptional Architectural Home.
